How to Return

2. Pack the laptop securely in its original box with all accessories.
3. Our courier will pick up the item within 48 hours.
4. Once inspected, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Conditions for Return

• The item must be in its original packaging.
• All manuals, chargers, and freebies must be included.
• The device must not have any physical damage or liquid contact.
• All personal data and passwords must be removed/reset.
